Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, plus more for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1.5 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup granola
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon zest. Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each serving glass.

- Repeat the layers: another layer of yogurt, followed by blueberries, and then granola.
